The Administrative Core

1. Providing scientific and programmatic leadership and governance to maximize innovation and seminal contributions to HIV/AIDS science and to position the HIV Center as an institutional, local, national, and international resource to scientists, policy-makers, government representatives, community providers, and HIV-affected populations;
    

2. Providing centralized administration and coordination of fiscal and organizational management of HIV Center Cores and affiliated research projects, interfacing with our home institutions as well as with all outside local and international collaborating institutions.
