This spring, the HIV Center has undertaken a range of activities expanding our historic commitment to engaging the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa, including South Africa, Egypt, Tanzania, Tunisia, and Nigeria.

Conference on Same-Sex Sexuality and HIV/AIDS in South Africa

In May, the HIV Center co-sponsored an unprecedented conference in South Africa to examine HIV risk among the understudied population of individuals in Africa who practice same-sex sexuality.

Policy Commentaries Published

  

HIV Center investigators have recently published policy commentaries in major journals on cutting edge issues in HIV prevention, including male circumcision and the impact of gender, economics, and migration.
