Carlos E. Allende-Ramos, MHSA is is an investigator on the HIV Center's Global Community Core. He was formerly Assistant Vice President of VIP Community Services in the Bronx, a community-based organization offering a continuum of services to individuals with histories of chemical dependency, including HIV/AIDS-related services.
